RULES for FEE DEPOSITIONS (फीस जमा करवाने के नियम)
First Installment of fees must be deposited with Admission / Registration Form. Form will not be accepted without fee.
फीस की प्रथम किस्त प्रवेश / रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म के साथ जमा करवानी आवयश्यक है। बिना फीस के फॉर्म जमा नहीं किया जायेगा।
Dates of Deposition of 2 ^ (nd) and 3 ^ prime prime Installments of Fee फीस की 2 ^ (nd) * pi * 3 ^ (td) किश्तें जमा करवाने की तारीखें –
| (A) | Batches starting in March Month | मार्च माह में प्रारंभ होने वाले Batches हेतु | 1st to 15th May | 1st to 15th July |
| (B) | Batches starting in April Month | अप्रैल माह में प्रारंभ होने वाले Batches हेतु | 1st to 15th June | 1st to 15th August |
| (C) | Batches starting in May Month | मई माह में प्रारंभ होने वाले Batches हेतु | 1st to 15th July | 1st to 15th September |
| (D) | Batches starting in June Month | जून माह में प्रारंभ होने वाले Batches हेतु | 1st to 15th August | 1st to 15th October |
| (E) | Batches starting in July Month | जुलाई माह में प्रारंभ होने वाले Batches हेतु | 1st to 15th September | 1st to 15th November |
| (F) | Batches starting in August Month | अगस्त माह में प्रारंभ होने वाले Batches हेतु | 1st to 15th October | 1st to 15th December |
| (G) | Batches starting in September Month | सितम्बर माह में प्रारंभ होने वाले Batches हेतु | 1st to 15th November | 1st to 15th January |
| (H) | Batches starting in October Month | अक्टूबर माह में प्रारंभ होने वाले Batches हेतु | 1st to 15th December | 1st to 15th February |
• Post Dated Cheque of 12 ^ (nt) & 3 ^ prime d Installments may be submitted (Deposited) with first Installment.
फीस की प्रथम किस्त के साथ द्वितीय व तृतीय किस्त के पीडीसी चैक दिये जा सकते है। .
• GST is charged as per govt. norms: It may change during session.
GST सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित है। यह मध्य सत्र में परिवर्तित हो सकता है।
If any student doesn’t continue due to any reason then his/her fee will be refunded to his/her parents / himself or herself as per following rules by cheque only. Fee will not be refunded to any other relative to student
यदि कोई विद्यार्थी किसी कारणवश संस्थान में नियमित नहीं रह पाता है तथा पाठ्यक्रम के मध्य में संस्थान छोड़ता है तो उसके फीस की वापसी निम्न नियमानुसार की जायेगी। फीस उसे अथवा उसके माता-पिता को ही केवल चैक द्वारा वापिस की जायेगी। किसी अन्य रिश्तेदार को फीस वापिस नहीं की जायेगी।
(a) Rest of the fee excluding 4720/- will be refunded within 7 days of admission. प्रवेश से 7 वे दिन तक 4720/- के अलावा शेष फीस वापिस की जायेगी।
(b) 75% of the 1st installment will be refunded within 14 days of admission. प्रवेश से 14 वे दिन तक प्रथम किस्त का 75% वापिस किया जायेगा।
(c) 50% of the 1st installment will be refunded within 21 days of admission. प्रवेश से 21 वे दिन तक प्रथम किस्त का 50% वापिस किया जायेगा।
(d) 25% of the 1st installment will be refunded within 28 days of admission. प्रवेश से 28 वे दिन तक प्रथम किस्त का 25% वापिस किया जायेगा।
(e) 10% of the 1st installment will be refunded within 35 days of admission. प्रवेश से 35 वे दिन तक प्रथम किस्त का 10% वापिस किया जायेगा।
Note: No part of I” Installment of Fee will be refunded after 35 days. Note 35 दिन के बाद प्रथम किस्त की कोई फीस वापिस नहीं की जायेगी।
2: Refund of GST amount will be as per prescribed government rules. GST शुल्क की वापसी सरकार द्वारा तय नियमों के अनुसार कीजायेगी।
